2. My pretty pinkish handphone cover with cute pinkish ribbon ear cap
3. I survived Aug's closing!!!

Day 4:
1. Able to cycle
2. Able to run
3. Able to workout

Today i was being saved from my own bloopers on 3 seperate occasions.

1. I booked ticket to watch Princess Wen Cheng musical performance, not remembereing that i promised to attend a colleague's wedding on the same date. Thankfully, another friend is willing to take up my ticket.

2. I left my office tag at mcd's while having lunch. Thankfully my friend found it for me.

3. I left my car keys in the toilet before leaving office for the day. Thankfully again a colleague actually called me and let me know.

So yes, lots of thanks and gratitude and full of ♡♡♡ today

Daily Journal: Day 1

Today i met a new friend through my wifey. He has quite a unique chinese name which I kept mishearing it as Dylan. Nice person to talk to, he had a decent conversation with me even though i was just there to accompany wifey.
There were certain not so pleasant occasions where i accompanied my friends to meet up with someone and this guy will either ignore me and talk to my friend the whole time or totally trying to piss me off by showing off how great they are.
Nuff said, back to the nice things that happened today. I almost thought that he is gay until i found out that he is married. The way he noticed about my nails and piercings. How he can talk about nail art and gay people. Men nowadays are much more in touch with their feminine side i guess.

A house to stay which is my own.

21 days to happiness

In a Ted video, a talk by Shawn Achor,  he highlighted 5 tasks to be done for 21 straight to set a tone of mental happiness. He suggested that with increased happiness leads to increased productivity at work.

1. Write down three things you are grateful for.
2. Write a journal daily
3. Exercise
4. Meditation.
5. Practice Random Acts of Kindness

I'm gonna try to do this for 21 days, at least for the first 3 tasks. Lets see how it goes.


Challenge accepted

I registered for half marathon on 20th October 2012 for Putrajaya Night Run. This is going to be my first HM. I'm very excited, oh yeah, to check off one of my 2012 resolution.

I have 3 months to training. I think my stamina is quite ok ady. Need to drastically improve my leg muscles endurance. Also need to improve my running techniques, think i am using too much of my calfs' muscle and not my quads.

I also need to lose some body weight , else its not gonna be good for my knees long term. But i'm worried about losing muscles in the process if i were to do a low-calorie diet. Try on modified dukan diet perhaps? I hope it works.
